From the moment I sat down with Gail and we started our conversation about selling our house - I knew she was the right person for the job. Not just her input and advice, but she knew the market, we were on the same page with everything and her approach for advertising and social media marketing was flawless. She accommodated our family of 5 and busy lifestyle to organize opens, allow times for preparing the house and allowed us to have back to back groups through to save on multiple, one group opens. Something that meant I didn’t need to clean up after the kids daily, and we could present our house accordingly. She prepared feedback and her communication and follow up was amazing. Answered any questions we had and always offering to help, especially because we were also buying at he same time. We were officially on the market and under offer within around 2 weeks. I can not fault a thing Gail does. She is amazing and has made the process of selling our family home and buying our dream property as effortless as possible!
