Al Lamond knew the market when it came to setting the sale price and he prepared a wonderful internet page for the house which maintained buyer interest until the property sold. He did not have an easy task as the seller resided in SA, the property was vacant and in Victoria and Al operates out of Mt Gambier. A great deal of travelling and preparation for opens in bad weather and Al did it all! He kept me informed via regular email and mobile calls after each open inspection. And his fees were reasonable.
