Gail and her team provided support and information every step of the way, and also provided local information to us, as we were living interstate. Gail worked conjunctively with our QLD agent and between them, their support enabled the contract to progress to settlment. Her support was to the highest level. Gail and the team were very professional in the way they carry themselves and try to do what is best for their client, which is the way real estate works. Everything carried out the way it they mentioned it would in the sale and as a buyer if i had any questions they would get answered. They wrap the front door and leave a more personal gift which is a nice touch rather than a standard bottle of champagne. I think the office is very good and professional in the way they carry themselves and i would recommend if you want honest upfront information.
