Gail brings such enthusiasm to her role that you can't help but be impressed. She was full of great ideas to improve the marketing potential of the property. I agree with her philosophy that "facts tell but stories sell". We were able to work with her to create an amazing story about the property. Her communication skills are exceptional and she made us feel that she really wanted to do whatever she could to help us achieve the sale. She used good quality people for preparing the marketing material and worked with us until we were happy with the result. The only reason for the 3 stars on the negotiation is because we didn't really negotiate anything so I can't really rate her.
