They liase with the tenants, organise work when needed, keep track of water bills and facilitate payments with emailed monthly statements. The end of year statements are perfect for tax purposes which makes that job a lot easier too. Specifically, the Ross Realty team have been very friendly and courteous while maintaining a professional work ethic. Would definitely recommend!!

Cons: -Every time i try and ring 90% i get voice mail - very frustrating -Asked them to deliver the mail to me - they couldn't even get my address correct so i have lost important mail- lack of competence has me wondering. Pros -However, they are quit reasonable with their prices. -Staff are quite friendly
