Harcourts Ross Realty are the most efficient and professional Property Managers I have dealt with in my 42 years of investing in Real Estate. Their knowledge and attention to detail makes it easy to trust them with your property
ROSS REALTY
Harcourts Ross Realty has extensive up to date knowledge of the market and an exceptional communication policy. I recommend Harcourts Ross Realty as property managers for effective marketing and professional presentation as well as excellent communication and follow up procedures.
ROSS REALTY
Cons: -Every time i try and ring 90% i get voice mail - very frustrating -Asked them to deliver the mail to me - they couldn't even get my address correct so i have lost important mail- lack of competence has me wondering. Pros -However, they are quit reasonable with their prices. -Staff are quite friendly
ROSS REALTY
After a poor experience with a previous tenant I went to Harcourt. They have proven themselves to be professional, knowledgeable in finding a good tenant in a difficult market at the rental value they had suggested with minimal vacancy time. Since then I have found their attention to detail, communications and informative reports are well above average.
