Nigel was extremely easy and helpful to deal with- the perfect person to sell our home in a busy market. His knowledge of the area and commitment to providing 5 star service ensured that our property sold upon first home open, well above asking. Would recommend Nigel to friends!

Nigel was fantastic. Honest and upfront without any of the sales pitch rubbish. Gave good advice on what to do to the house to help it sell and backed my vision. Had patience with me trying to get the best offer and it paid off

I've known Nigel for a very long time and glad he is a real estate agent because in my opinion its important that you know and trust them. Over the course of the sale Nigel was very accessible and gave honest feedback, advice and shared his experience on how to navigate through the sales process to achieve the best result. Would get him to sell for me again and happy to recommend him to family and friends.

When looking for an agent to sell my elderly parents home I searched realestate.com.au for the agent who had sold the most homes in Noranda. This was Nigel. After reading the reviews about Nigel - enthusiastic, punctual, keeps you informed every step of the way, obtains the best price, I new Nigel was the man. Within 1 week the property was on the market and sold at the first home open for a good price. The reviews are true and I would recommend Nigel to you if you wanted to sell your property. Even my Mum liked him.
