Sandy team are not honest, give you lower price than the market price , hard to communicate, hard to deal with , working for his only benefit and don’t care about vendor . This only concern how to close the deal regardless the selling price . Give u false information and not clear at all. Keep away from them .

Could not have asked for a better agent. Sandy was excellent from the start till the end with brilliant communication and negotiation skills. Very friendly and helpful especially during this current crisis. Thank you for your hard work and making this process as accommodating to us as possible.
