Dealing with Sushant was a pleasure. We discussed a strategy for the sale of our home and he delivered. We were with Purple Bricks for 5 months and it was disastrous, not only didnt we sell the home, we were being told to lower the price as the buyers didnt see value at the price point. Shortly after ending our dealings with Purple Bricks we listed the property with Reliance and had signed a contract with a buyer within a week of listing.
