Socorro was absolutely amazing during the sale of my house. Since this was the first time I was selling a property, she made this daunting task as smooth as possible. Always responded to any questions in a very timely manner, whether that was during the weekend or late in the evening. Nothing was ever too hard and she always did everything with a smile on her face. I would most definitely recommend Socorro and the team at Reliance Real Estate in Melton West.

Sushant and the team were approachable and showed open communication through out the process. Our house was sold in under 4 weeks and was a smooth and easy process. It was stress free and thats exactly what you want when selling your home. Sushant was pleasant to call any time of the day for questions we had and was professional at all times. I felt like i was calling a friend rather than a agent i was doing business with. Thanks to the Reliance team!

It was really a quick turn around without getting this property into the market. Less than 24 hours we already got the offer. Very straight forward. Thanks so much to Team Sandy.

I am having a nice experience with Sandy's team, particularly with Sushanth who has been constantly in touch with me about the listed properties and helped me to get my first home. They are having good market knowledge and their listed prices are not over valued.

My dealing was with the agent Vikas Rana, since our first inspection at the property and making offer the agent's communication was very clear and he sticked to his words & commitment. I am very happy with the service as he made the transaction very smooth, without any delays and updated us at every stage. Property was well presented and we received it in same condition as we first saw it. Only service improvement I would suggest would be customer should to be briefed on all the systems and features installed at the property at final inspection. Not sure if this is generally within the agent's scope but would be nice to see it.
