I choose Grant as my Real Estate Agent because I have always found him very professional and honest. Grant never leaves anything to chance when he is ensuring your home is ready to go on the market. We initially bought our property from Grant and found him to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. So when the time came to sell he was the first we approached to discuss the current market. You will read on his reviews that he has a lot of repeat business, some clients using him 3 or 4 times. Grant will explain things in detail, will identify the potential buyers for your house but work on all leads as they present. He’s also very punctual for the open houses, leaves things tidy and promptly gives feedback. We sold at auction and overall happy with the outcome. Where do we start!!! From my first communication with to my last it’s been excellent! As first time buyers Simon as guided us through the process and has always been there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. Our first open home with him was a great experience and he even waited longer so my wife who was on way back from work was able to get a look at the property. On that occasion he wasn’t rushing us and when we needed another viewing there wasn’t an issue.
