We recently purchased our forever home from Grant. Grant was extremely responsive in answering our questions and also in facilitating a private inspection. We saw property for the first time on the Saturday, came back for a private inspection on the Monday and put in an offer that night. We exchanged contracts on the Tuesday. We could tell Grant was genuine with all his representations throughout the entire negotiation process - this being a very welcome change from our dealings with other real estate agents - and this gave us the confidence to proceed with eventually exchanging the contract. Even after the contracts had been exchanged, Grant has continued to assist with our purchase, passing on all our questions to the vendor, and even measuring the fridge space for us. Overall our experience purchasing a property from Grant has been enjoyable and stress free. We look forward to moving into our forever home in the next few weeks.
