I wish to say a huge thank you to Jack Rowe and his team at Belle Property Glenelg. I reached out to Jack to sell my property because I heard great things about him from family and read reviews that were outstanding. From the first call and meeting Jack was professional, knowledgeable, so personable and caring. I was also dealing with some sensitive issues and Jack was empathetic, understanding and so patient. Jack made recommendations, offered ideas, assisted and adviced every step of the way, I took everything on board that he said thus producing 7 offers on my home. I felt no pressure, no stress I felt safe and cared for and guided so gently through the process. I was updated constantly , the reports were so helpful and a call after every open to let me know how it went reduced any worries or concerns. Jack was paramount in selling my property, he treated my home like it was his own and this resulted in a great sale above our asking price. Jack is an amazing real estate agent he goes above and beyond to help but most importantly a genuine, honest person who is so lovely. I was very happy with the service provided. Communication was timely and regular, with updates provided by both email and phone. The agent took the time to clearly explain the process and kept me informed throughout, which made the experience much easier and less stressful if it could be.
