Seller of 10 Orange Grove, Mitchell Park

Professional, friendly and would recommend.

Wayne did an outstanding job from beginning to end. From discussing the selling strategy and why, to the preparation and assistance to present the property for sale/auction, to contacting us daily with updates, to auction day, where he phoned us so we could hear the auction (interstate sellers). He sourced a lot of bidders for the auction. He was always professional, friendly, approachable and we felt very comfortable with Wayne.

Seller of 13 Tuscanny Way, Woodcroft

A True Local Expert – Pete Fallon Delivers

Selling a property can be a complex process, but Pete Fallon makes it look easy. His knowledge of the local area and current market trends is second to none, and it was clear from our first conversation that he had a strategic handle on exactly how to position the property. Pete’s approach is calm, professional, and highly efficient. He navigated the entire sale with the kind of seasoned expertise you only get from someone who truly knows the neighborhood inside and out. If you want an agent who is reliable, deeply knowledgeable, and ensures a frictionless experience, I highly recommend Pete Fallon.

Seller of 46 Quandong St, North Brighton

Quandong Street, North Brighton

When selling an investment property in Adelaide in early 2019, I was referred to Paul Dale and Judy Josephs through some mutual friends. From the first time we met, I knew that I was in great hands. Their knowledge of the market was what you hope for from a top-notch agent - clear, well-researched, fact-based and, above all, honest. At the end of our first meeting I had a true sense of the market, the types of buyers who would be interested in the property and what was possible. We also discussed different options for the marketing plan, right down to the fine detail of the best days and times for inspections. Their recommendation was to freshen the property up inside, as well as to spend some time on the gardens and exterior. It was the right advice for the property as it presented beautifully throughout. Many of the 100 or so groups that came through during the campaign also shared feedback to that effect. I live interstate so Paul, Judy and their team coordinated the various tradespeople to complete the work, all within my budget and in the timeframe I needed. What sets great agents apart from the rest are the little things – like making sure the house was cleaned each week; that the gardens and lawns were watered and green; and that lawns were mowed and the garden kept tidy. Paul, Judy and their team handled all of this for me. After each inspection day, they would first call me with a report, then send through a written recap of the inspection later in the day. I was kept updated and informed throughout. Early in the week of the auction we discussed the strategy for the auction, the prices of course as well as the overall running of the day. On the day of the sale, I was kept well informed throughout the auction. Paul and Judy are by far the best agents I have worked with over many years of buying and selling investment properties and my own homes. I am delighted with how the whole sale was handled, and with the result. Outstanding.
