When selling an investment property in Adelaide in early 2019, I was referred to Paul Dale and Judy Josephs through some mutual friends. From the first time we met, I knew that I was in great hands. Their knowledge of the market was what you hope for from a top-notch agent - clear, well-researched, fact-based and, above all, honest. At the end of our first meeting I had a true sense of the market, the types of buyers who would be interested in the property and what was possible.
