Belle property Glenelg are fantastic. I could not have been more happier with the service provided by Jason and Rhys. Selling the property from interstate Jason made the process so easy for me, he explained the whole sale process, cost involved, organised trades I needed, had a great knowledge of the market and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The customer experience is fantastic! Jason you are an extremely hard worker, organised and very professional.

Our experience with Rhys has been very professional. From his responsive communication, to his honest and sound knowledge of the Henley Beach market, there was no doubt we had made the right decision. Rhys listened to our feedback and concerns and worked in well with our needs and applied the best approach to selling our property. I have no hesitation in recommending Rhys as a well experienced agent who puts his clients needs first.

Thomas had been very professional and kind throughout the purchasing process including timely communication and answering the questions on property and the process right from the day of inspection to date. I highly recommend him and the agency and would consider Belle property for any future purchases as well.

Couldn't be happier. Rhys was extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Rhys contacted me after every open inspection and advised how many parties went through the property and feedback received from them. If I needed advice Rhys was ready, willing and able to provide answers to my questions. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained fully. I felt completely comfortable with working with Rhys.

We used Michael from Belle Property Glenelg to sell our Investment property at Modbury. Michael was upfront and honest with us from the start, his approach to sell and negotiation skills are unbelievable When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off our listing looked amazing. He kept us up to date each time with all the offers and openings and provided us clear communication we never had to chase him. We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed with the service we received from Michael and most of all the feeling of trust is what I loved about Michael . I recommend Michael from Belle Property Glenelg to everyone I know he’s a true professional and genuinely real estate agent I have come across in all my years of buying and selling homes . He is truly ‘simply the best’ Exceeds expectations in all area’s.
