I had done my research and followed Rhys for 3 years to ascertain his success rate, so there was no doubt he would be the agent to sell our property. At the time we were juggling a lot of balls and I wasn't sure I would have the time to prepare our property for sale. Rhys was not fazed by this at all and assured me he could sort everything. Rhys was the calm and rational professional who completely took the stress out of our sale. He organised everything with his team so we had our property on the market with the timeline we had agreed on. Our property looked mint in presentation and we were confident he would achieve the sale price we had discussed. True to his word, he delivered and all the associate professionals he recommended (trades, conveyancer etc) delivered as well. We got more than the agreed price within the first two opens and it was settled quickly, without fuss and without stress. I highly recommend Rhys and his team. His agency is a one stop professional and ethical operation, and has the runs on the board to support this. The agent you choose is important.

Engaged an inexperienced young agent who did not understand my property and was underselling it. Taken out of his hands snd negotiated by vendor directly with frustrated buyer who knocked on the door. Still had to pay for inadequate service
