When I contacted David regarding the property we were interested in he answered all my questions and his approach gave me the confidence to take the next step. He arranged an inspection for us which was in addition to the scheduled opens as we were required to travel. He was prompt, thorough and professional. The follow up since signing the initial contract has been excellent and we could highly recommend him.

Rhys was fantastic to work with. Right from first phone call, appraisal, open inspections and then sale his communication was excellent. He kept me informed during all stages of the sale and I felt was always working in my best interest. The team at belle property were also fantastic and made the sale a very easy process. Would highly recommend using Rhys and belle property for any property sales and would 100% use them again for any further property sales I have in the future.
