Having bought and sold a number of properties over the years it was refreshing to be represented by Patrick in the sale of my Late parents home. Patrick’s confidence and enthusiasm is infectious and you just know he is going to get a good result. Where other agents build your expectations then spend the remaining time trying to bring them down, this did not happen with Patrick. One of the key reasons I chose Patrick in the first place was that his reviews were equally good when written by both the buyer and seller of the same house!
