Exceptional service from Patrick Fu

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Patrick when selling our property in Forest Hill. We were selling in a challenging market, but Patrick worked incredibly hard throughout the entire process and went well above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. From the beginning, he was honest, transparent and realistic with his advice, which gave us a great deal of confidence. What really stood out was Patrick's exceptional customer service. Fabulous experience and more than happy with the outcome

A big thank you to Wen Yu and the team for making the whole selling process feel so simple and smooth. Wen promised he would do his very best for us, and he absolutely did. Tabinda was very helpful and made the whole process run smoothly

Tabinda was very helpful and made the whole process run smoothly by suggesting she create a what's appt group for myself and husband and brother and sister so we could all be informed at same time of what was happening .She kept us up to date with the outcome of each twice weekly inspections listing the potential buyers who visited and their likelihood to attend auction .No question seemed a silly question and she answered them in a timely and professional manner . Highly recommend her .
