Exceeded my expectations

Bobby and the team were very organised and efficient and did a spectacular job of concentrating the buyers for the sale of my home at auction. Local knowledge of the area and buyers was invaluable. He and the team were also polite and respectful and I felt listened to. My auction result ended with what I thought the property deserved not what the market was saying it was worth so I was very happy.
