I did a lot of research before making my selection of an agent. I met many great agents before making my final selection of Param. What set Param apart for me was he has an assertive but not aggressive manner. He uses facts rather than emotive language when conversing. He has a remarkable personal quality that you are able to warm to very quickly. As a professional, Param kept me informed, he maintained data and used that data, he has a strong knowledge of my local area and maintained a constant link with my potential buyers. He did the footwork that led to a most unexpected action attendance, the biggest crowd that I had seen at an action. Param also had an understanding of the legal processes and the complexity of the financial transaction. I felt at all times that Param was going to lead me to a great result and he did. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate in using him as my agent again.
