Average, nothing too fancy
He's always busy and doesn't pick up the phone. He is also inconsistent with the appointments, on settlement date he said he will be there at 4-5pm then he send me a message saying he will be there at 1pm and we had to rush in order to catch up and take the keys. Another time before on inspection appointment he forgot the keys of the property and we had to wait a long time for him to bring the keys. Everything else was smooth except the things I mentioned above.

Would definitely recommend.
This man here got the job done so fast. My first time ever buying a house he helped with the steps i need to take he taught me what certain things mean and next thing you know i’ve brought my first home. If you see this man selling the house you’re interested then you’re up for good service.
