It all started with a terrible experience with a very unprofessional agent, but oh well I needed the flat and I was going with the flow and I agreed on the dates to pick up the keys. When the day arrived, I mentally prepared myself to not lose my shit with this terrible agent. When I arrived at Highland I was told the agent was gone and I was going to be looked after Katarina. That really changed our whole experience and she has been nothing but phenomenal. Thank you very much for changing the game and being super helpful. To management: A well deserve pay rise should be granted here. :)
