Lana facilitated a busy open house but managed to be available and courteous to all attendees. She was prompt to the viewing, responsive over email/text, and got back to me within the timeframes she committed. I have signed a lease on a wonderful home, and the handover to the leasing agent was seamless. Highly recommend Lana
