We recently purchased an investment unit through Highland Property and wanted them to manage it. Blake Mariner, Head of New Business and his team are very professional. They facilitated the website advertising, open houses and provided status reports on the viewings etc. Blake/the team organised a professional tenant, and a tenant agreement was in place in eight working days. It all started with a terrible experience with a very unprofessional agent, but oh well I needed the flat and I was going with the flow and I agreed on the dates to pick up the keys. When the day arrived, I mentally prepared myself to not lose my shit with this terrible agent. When I arrived at Highland I was told the agent was gone and I was going to be looked after Katarina. That really changed our whole experience and she has been nothing but phenomenal. Thank you very much for changing the game and being super helpful. To management: A well deserve pay rise should be granted here. :)

It's the people in an organisation that make a real difference, that provide the human touch and value that make a company stand out from others or can sadly ruin a reputation.
