Helpful, responsive and professional
Charlie was a great help throughout the process of getting our rental. We saw her at several of the properties we inspected, and she was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. She was incredibly prompt in submitting our applications and kept us updated with feedback. We really appreciated her professionalism, communication, and willingness to help.

Professional and efficient at every level
I had a really positive experience with renting out my property with Highlands. From the start with Blake at the initial consultation who offered great advice to get the property ready and then with Kayla being so efficient with managing the rest to secure a great tenant.
