Amy Levi, and Silvia Lettieri, provided extremely professional service and were able to let my property at a premium price within days of the first open house. I highly recommend you engage the services of Highland, and in particular these two ladies, if you are looking for a fantastic experience when letting your property.

When my tenant informed us that they weren’t renewing their lease for my apartment early December, I expected that it would take at least till end January to get a new tenant. Louise was extremely efficient and within a week had a number of applications submitted. Consequently a new tenant moved in mid December with a 14 month lease, ensuring an end date of February, a much better time to find a new tenant in the future. I would be pleased to recommend Highland and Louise for leasing in the future

I wish to thank Highland Cronulla for their expertise and efficiency, in relation to the management of my investment property at 30/ 500 President Ave, Sutherland. In addition, they have been courteous and friendly in all verbal communications. They always remit payments accurately and on time; and provide clear and easy to understand remittance advices. Moreover, they recently achieved a rent of $450 per week, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Highland Cronulla to any property investor, vendor, or buyer; and I thank them for the expert management.
