Excellant most effecient and plenty of communication.
My experience with Highlandproperty has been a great one. There has been plenty of good communication in regards to inspection times, easily approachable agents to handle all your queries and their follow up has been awesome too. Your very own PA
Highland Property - Sutherland believe in service to their clients. As an interstate client, staff went "above and beyond" expectations to not just reply, but to respond promptly with a phone call, message, or email. Staff worked with landlord to enable a "video walk-through" of property and process of contract in a timely manner. As a landlord myself - alas, interstate - I would be more than happy to transfer my properties to Highland. Well done!

They Just Never give up
We've had Highlands take care of our investment property for about 5 years now. Highlands have always delivered what is expected. They are very professional and quick to respond to issues. I should point out that Gabrielle has been managing our property lately and found us a new tenant swiftly and very much to our expectations. Absolutely no complaints and my partner and I would highly recommend them!

Professional agent that went above to help us
Nathan was so lovely and helpful, responded to my enquiry within hours and made time to meet me at the property as I couldn’t make the open inspection time. This was definitely a first as we had been made to feel like just another number over the past month looking at properties.
