Louise and her team gave sensible advice about what rent was achievable on our property, noting that a similar property had been on the market for months. We started at a reasonable rent, marketed the property and we immediately had multiple offers well above asking from hugely high quality tenants. We could have taken them all. The apartment was let by our preferred candidate immediately and they will move in just as the other tenants move out. All in all, an exceptional result from Louise.
