I used Highlands a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed to use them again when I needed to let my apartment again. The positive of having a large team who work with each other means there's usually someone to contact with little or no delay when you have a question or need something. Downside though minor is you do deal with a few different people instead of one.

We apologise for taking so long in writing about our experience with Highland's agent India Mix. We were busy moving and settling in, and only recently the internet service has been established. We first encountered India Mix in an inspection for the unit 9/32-34 Nicholson Parade, and later that day at 10/15 Tonkin Street. Since then we realised that she was different from the numerous real estate agents we had been dealing with. She never had a mobile phone on her hands, which was a nice surprise, in all other inspections we had attended thus far, the agents were too busy with their mobile phones. India also seemed focused and attentive, ready to answer any question. Other agents had a disposition that resembled some level of arrogance or perhaps condescending in their tone, India felt always approachable and somewhat easy to create rapport. India demonstrated to be proactive as well, she was interested to find out the characteristics of the properties we were looking for, she offered a listing of all Highland's properties, and tried to match our requirements with Highland's current properties on the market. We met once again during the 5/17-19 Prince Street inspection, where once again all of the traits we had seen before proved to be carefully employed. This time we were really interested in this unit, and India seemed to work with us, it was clear that she was doing all she could so our application would be considered. She showed patience and persistence for reaching our real estate agent in an extraordinarily busy day, where he seemed unreachable for most of the day. We ultimately succeeded in renting the unit we were interested in, and we believe that India played a significant role for achieving that, and that she made the process less impersonal than typical.
