We’ve had a great experience with Callum and the team at Impact Realty. We’ve visited a few properties via Callum and he always stood out in terms of welcoming us and answering all sorts of questions. The team guided us step by step through the settlement process which made us feel supported.

James is the total professional, he understood our house, the area and the suburb we were in. He is backed by an attentive team (special mention to Alexi) and is well supported by John. We were very impressed right from the start when a team of people arrived to photograph, draw and describe our house which ultimately led to its sale. James was confident of a sale without going overboard, he kept us informed at each step which led us to trust him with the conduct of the sale. Highly recommended.

I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, however, Callum surpasses the others for many reasons. Callum is genuine and honest in all of his communications. I never felt pressured to structure pricing/accept offers in any way. Callum always provided facts around market activity but left the decision making to me. Callum’s communication is excellent. I was always updated every step of the way. His team is amazing and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Thanks again Callum.
