Genuine, solid market knowledge and a lovely person to deal with in the sale of our home
It was so refreshing to have an agent represent us that was so friendly, genuine and invested in getting the best price for the sale of our house. His solid market knowledge was evident at our first meeting and we had confidence every step of the way in the 3 weeks our house was on the market. James communicated openly with us and we were well informed after every open and before our auction. Reasonable experience
