Excellent service, monthly rent payment and statements delivered on time
They have an accurate and up to date knowledge of the market rental. Just last year, they coordinate a major renovation of our unit to our satisfaction. Always able to rent out the property in reasonable time when previous tenant vacate. Their service is much appreciated, thank you.

Excellent property management
Atlas By LJ Hooker at Epping have managed our investment property in Ryde for well over a decade. This included managing an extensive renovation in 2019. Special thanks to Senior Property Manager Annie Bullen, who really has done a fantastic job overseeing the property. We trust her judgement when it comes to maintenance and tenants, which gives us piece of mind that our interests are being looked after. This allows us to have a hands-off approach. Thanks Annie!

The Best Real Estate
One of the best experiences we ever had in this very crowded market. We received the best service - from viewing the property to the actual moving in date. Every question and email were answered immediately. Annie is absolutely amazing. She is kind and helpful. The paperwork and process were online, seamless and well organised.
