From the very start of the process Heath explained how to go about preparing my house for market - what to do in order to maximise return, and importantly what I did not need to do if it would not add value. He explained the process, the timelines, the financial outlay and the importance of setting a budget for improvement. At each stage he took the time to explain what would happen next, what my options were and the potential outcomes of following different courses. Heath knows the market and he knew how to present my house to its best advantage to both compete with the other properties out there and also to give potential buyers what they expect to see. His recommendations regarding preparation, staging and marketing were all spot-on. The house looked amazing, and it sold prior to auction for a very good price in an increasingly crowded market. Heath's knowledge and experience really come to the fore when weighing up options and forecasting possibilities, and I am very happy with the decisions we made and the outcome that was achieved. His attention to detail and perseverance are outstanding, and at no stage did I feel less than his number one priority. I cannot recommend Heath highly enough if you are selling your house.
