He is a very approachable and straightforward person and an excellent communicator, he called us every day with updates and also sent regular emails. This was the second place we sold with Nic and he continued to exceed expectations. He assisted in the early process with thoughtful advice to improve the property, intelligent suggestions surrounding launch date of the property and clear communications on market conditions. He was transparent about his approach and ran a good campaign building upwards with interest rather than working backwards in a rapidly changing market. We were left more than impressed by his market knowledge, communication, ethics, eye for detail and friendly nature. I can't highly recommend Nicholas Christou enough with regards to the purchase of my new home. Investing in a home isn't an easy process, it is a huge financial and emotional commitment, something that can't be taken lightly. Nicholas met all our expectations and more in helping us through this process, with extreme care and dedication to us, his vendors and the overall process.
