We engaged Nic many months ago to assist us sell our new apartment (due to a change in our housing plans since we originally purchased the property off the plan in late 2019 -also through Nic). His advice and patience as to when to sell the property (eg pre completion or post) was gratefully received. Nic was always available 7 days a week to discuss issues and was enthusiastically willing to assist us in every way possible to prepare our property and undertake a sound and quality sales campaign. He always kept us regularly updated on all discussions with all interested parties (both verbally and via the Atlas app), and consistently had very good knowledge of competing sales either on the market or about to come onto the market.
