Prior to meeting Michael, I had heard of him and his impressive record on the lower north shore. I had been to a few of his showings and he was always courteous and informative. With regards to my recent purchase he was overwhelmingly helpful and thorough with regards to questions I had for the vendor. He recommended us a quality solicitor and made the entire process "almost" pain free. ( stamp duty) :( We also had a small amount of dealings with Angela and found her extremely friendly and helpful. We are seriously considering using the team when we sell our house early next year.

DId not do enough to bring qualified buyers to the table. At the end, I felt michael was negotiating on behalf of his own commission, versus maximising my sell price. Had my time again, I would not use McGrath.
