Michael and his team were fantastic from the very first meeting. Their marketing presentation on follow up on initials meetings were excellent. Michael ensures that there is always a little follow up surprise with a delivery of some appreciation from him and his team to have the opportunity to work with you. They see your house as sacred and make every effort to present it in the most favourable way possible and to achieve the price range that he quotes. We had great faith in Michael and team that they were going to deliver throughout the "viewings" phase.Especially once all the drone and photographic material was put on the site together with the video. Extremely professional and not one to bother you with end lists of "tire kickers" and neighbors that have attended your property. He goes straight for the key buyers and hones in on them to ensure the negotiations and competition starts early in the process. We had a SOLD on our house after 5 official viewings and he achieved a great price. Michael is also very skilled in dealing with issues relating to the role of "buyers agents" and all the building inspection issues that may arise. Michael is truely a very generous man who will always give you his time and is very approachable in every way. He is authentic and thus has enormous credibility. He is also a highly skilled "internationalist" which makes him capable of dealing with whoever may come from anyway around the world. And as you are probably aware at least 20% of all buyers in the prestige market in Mosman come from abroad and want desperately to have a stake in this most fantastic suburb. Sorry I cannot highly recommend Michael enough so use him and judge for yourself the outstanding results he will make happen for you and your family. Good luck.

My desire is that I make it clear that this group of people can be trusted to deliver an optimal outcome and a posiitve expereince for the seller , and I imagine , given the ethic they bring to the task , the buyer. I decided to follow their advice on every set of the process , including property preparation , marketing , tradespeople and pricing.This sale was extremely important to me and I needed a safe , cost effective ,approach with mimimal stress and an excellent outcome for all parties. Before placing our house on the market, we researched various local real estate agents and spoke with several. We decided to ask Michael and his team at McGraw to handle the sale of our property for a number of reasons. Michael demonstrated excellent market knowledge and a strong track record of sales in the Cremorne Point area. Michael is very professional, courteous and service oriented.Immediately after signing the agency agreement, Michael's team were in our house taking photos, preparing videos and marketing information; all in a day; very impressive. The best aspect of all is the result; Michael sold the house in three weeks, two weeks prior to the scheduled auction date at a price that exceeded our expectations. Based on our experience, I would recommend Michael to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Michael and his team are just fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are across every detail in the lead-up to putting the house on the market.
