When we first met Gareth we knew he was the agent for us. Not only did he show he had knowledge of our area, but he also had a lovely enthusiasm for our home,unlike other agents who had appraised our house. Gareth was realistic in the appraisal and not pushy or over bearing. He handled any of our concerns with diplomacy and sound advice. Through the whole process, Gareth understood and respected the love we had for our home and treated us accordingly. Selling can be an emotional roller coaster, but it was made all the more bearable with Gareth's presence. I would highly recommend Gareth as the agent to use. We were looking at houses in Southern River, Canning Vale and Harrisdale as we intended to upgrade. As a result we would often meet Andrew at home opens. Andrew would greet us and answer all our queries. The homes were well presented at all times. He would take down our details and give us follow up calls and invite us to visit other homes. He is always well presented and has complete knowledge of the areas. We purchased our next home in Harrisdale through him and were very happy with the purchase. We then decided to put our old home up for sale. We invited some real estate agents to come and value our home. Some of the Agents were arrogant while some quoted high commission over 3.25%. We then invited Andrew. Andrew was well presented and prepared. He made us understand the Market situation, new land releases in our areas and the reduction in house values. At that time the economy was not doing well. As a result we had to make correction to the base price. In a market with job losses and uncertainty and high number of houses for sale in the area Andrew not only managed to attract buyers but also managed to present us with an offer. Andrew would give us feedback on the very day after the home inspection. I would highly recommend Andrew for his professionalism and honesty. I would also like to thank Bec and Michael at the team Vidots for their kind support throughout this process.
