Nick and the team at Your Haven provided a very friendly and professional service when we were looking for a house to rent for our relocation to Brisbane which made moving a lot less stressful. Nick and his team and Your Haven Realty take property management to the next level. I love interstate and the only way this is viable and stress free for me to own two investment properties interstate is that Nick and his team take care of absolutely everything. He achieved rental returns of $50-$60 higher than the asking price for both our properties on the recent signing of new leases. Nick does not bother me with minor problems - he simply resolves them. I have recommended Nick and his team to a work colleague who recently purchased an investment property in Nicks area and he is also thrilled with how easy it is with Nick in his corner (after having a nightmare experience with another managing agent). There is simply no other choice in the property management arena than Your Haven Realty.
