Nick is a well respected industry professional who lives and breathes Real Estate, it’s in his blood. As an investor and an agent having been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, his first introduction as a Sales Agent was for Ray White in New Zealand at the age of 17. While living in London between 2005-2012 Nick provided leasing services to local investors and this gave him the insight to the Property Management field. He's worked for a number of well-known offices running the Property Departments (Rentals and Sales) before establishing Your Haven Realty. Good market research and feedback, great communication

Lisa did a great job screening clients and also advise regards to items to take care reg maintenance etc. The property was not vacant very long due to efficient handling of screening applications after inspections. Sincere advice was helpful too in making decisions. The head of your Haven realty Nick Kruger also gets involved and helps often making it more personal to deal with. Thanks Josh

Great service
