Nick and his team were punctual with finding a new tenant for my investment property. I was kept up to date regularly with the listing, open homes and applications received. Their vetting process of tenants was quick which meant minimal down time for my property. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone searching for a great property manager.

They go above and beyond their duty of care. Sometimes I could text Nick in the weekend and he would arrange a plumber or contractor for me the following Monday. I find this Agency really look after their tenants. Their service is fantastic and I personally recommend their services to anyone. Because of these experiences I give your Agency rating a 10/10.

Lisa did a great job screening clients and also advise regards to items to take care reg maintenance etc. The property was not vacant very long due to efficient handling of screening applications after inspections. Sincere advice was helpful too in making decisions. The head of your Haven realty Nick Kruger also gets involved and helps often making it more personal to deal with. Thanks Josh

Your haven realty have gone above and beyond with managing a property I am renting out. In particular I've been impressed with the quality, timeliness and prices of the tradesmen they've organised to do work on the property. They have also been very attentive to the tenant's needs.

I can recall then first time I met Nick during initial consultation. He mention all of the things that I was worried about and proposed solutions on how to manage it. I spoke to 5 property managers and none of them saw what Nick mentioned to me. Its been excellent working with the your haven realty. Here is to many more years of partnership.
