I have been renting with Your Haven for two years now, and have found them to excel in every aspect. Requests are responded to promptly, any problems are handeled professionaly, and communication is always a pleasure. With other companies you can tend to feel like simple an address and file, but I feel incredibly well looked after with Your Haven. I would give Nick and the team 6/5 if I could.
Your Haven Realty
Nick Kruger from Your Haven Realty found a tenant and managed my rental unit for me over 2020/2021 in an environment made difficult by the Pandemic. Nick subsequently helped me sell that unit making it a seamless process. Throughout, he was always so responsive and informative to all my enquires and requests. Further to that, Your Havens online system made it easy to always watch exactly what was happening with my rental payments and costs. Having dealt with many agents over many years for our other properties, I think Your Haven provides a gold standard.
Your Haven Realty
Nick has been very professional and promptly response to the issues I raised.
Your Haven Realty
Caring for property can be a nightmare. We have so appreciated Nick's reliable hard work on our behalf. His advice is sound and we have valued his input into handling less considerate tenants. We trust him. Dealing with maintenance issues has been good and fairly priced. Admin is efficient and clear: a real contrast to an earlier agent. We also enjoy keeping in touch. Can't say fairer than that! He's a great guy.
Your Haven Realty
Nick and his team have been the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I purchased an investment property through Nick and the service has been flawless and an easy process from purchase of property through to rental and rental management. I would highly recommend Nick and his team.
Your Haven Realty
We have had absolutely no issues since engaging Your Haven to manage our property. Cannot speak highly enough of the whole team.
Your Haven Realty
Your Haven realty takes the time in choosing a suitable tenant. They are thorough, and make sure everything is checked before the tenant moves in and after moving out. The tenant paid in time, and the property is well maintained after they moved out.
