I've been impressed with Nick's work since recently listing our property for rent. He has a great knowledge of the area and is very accessible. He was quick to arrange viewings and find a tenant. He's professional and reliable, doing what he says he will with quick turnaround. I've found him more proactive than other popular agencies I've worked with previously.

Nick was readily available and provided good advice about renting out house, and it only took a week to get it rented.

I can honestly say I have never had a better property manager! Nick and his team have ALWAYS gone above and beyond! Nick has faithfully helped us through difficult tenants, insurance claims, repairs, renovations and it goes on!! I have already recommended him to everyone I know who needs to sell, or who are looking for an honest, reliable, helpful and prompt property manager in Brisbane! Couldn’t recommend highly enough . So thankful to have had his services these last few years. Worth his weight in gold! ☺️🙏👍

I have owned investment properties in various areas over New South Wales. I purchased my first Queensland property off Nick from Your Haven Realty. It was a smooth and easy process. Nick was so efficient and helpful, that I also engaged him as my managing agent for the investment property. And since this time I have nothing but praise for Nick and his team. They take care of every last little detail, and I can rest easy, knowing that everything is covered, despite me living in a different state. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team from Your Haven Realty for any of your property needs. Kind regards, Karen Hosking
