Your Haven are simply the best property managers I have used over many years of investing. Right from the property management team through to the owner nothing is too hard or too much for them. No doubt the best at what they do.

Your Haven really helped me out when I had to fully renovate the bathroom of my property due to some issues. The whole process was handled with great communication and within a reasonable budget and being an interstate owner, this was very reassuring. They remained patient and professional throughout the ordeal. Proactive in their management of my property, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The yourhaven team are exceptional with the management of my property. I'm interstate so I appreciate the team's prompt communication and follow up on everything from rental payments to repairs and all the help provided while we were working through long standing and complex insurance processes. Nothing is too hard for Nick and the team, and they are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend the team enough!

have been working with Nick and the team as my property managers for several years, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Nick is incredibly responsive to any issues that arise, addressing them quickly and efficiently. They have a great network of reliable tradespeople, so maintenance is handled promptly without any hassle on my part. Nick’s attention to detail ensures that my property is always in top shape. What stands out the most is Nick ability to find quality tenants. He takes the time to screen applicants thoroughly, and I’ve had excellent experiences with the tenants he’s placed in my property. Overall, Nick and the team's professionalism and dedication make my life as a landlord so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and effective property management.
