Nick was instrumental in our recent property sale. His experience in the industry and his no-nonsense guidance helped us present the property and achieve the best possible price – especially given the tough market conditions. He knows his stuff and is a gentleman in his conduct – hard to find. Wouldn’t hesitate one moment in using him again. Thoroughly appreciated the last transaction with Nick.

It was our first time selling and we weren't sure what to expect but Oscar and Mackenzie made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. The key standout was the responsive and transparent communication. Oscars's knowledge of the local market is second to none in informing the sales strategy. And Mackenzie was critical to the entire operation with incredible attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend Oscar and Mackenzie from Raine and Horne Lower North Shore to any prospective seller or buyer. Thank you A-Team for all your hard work.

Our experience working with Claudia Sweeney, as part of Team Bowden, was exemplary. Nothing was a problem, from the initial meetings through to the completed sale. Claudia was excellent, and consistently went above and beyond to achieve the absolute best for the sale of our home. She is professional, knowledgable, thorough and helpful. We felt very confident in her ability to represent our family's home in the best way possible.

Rebecca has a sound knowledge of the market in our area, has excellent communication skills, and is very professional in dealing with clients and reporting frequently on progress or otherwise. Rebecca has also built an excellent team around her to support not only her role, but also to keep in close contact with us, the sellers in this case, and constantly keeping us advised of matters relating to the sale. Rebecca is calm and collected and at a time of urgency manages herself and her team very proficiently. She has a great deal of patience which is a great asset. We will close in saying that we thank Rebecca and her team for the great personal service they provided and for keeping us calm ("and sane") in this stressful process.
