Excellent communicator with a deep understanding of the market
From the get-go it was clear that Nicolas has an incredibly detailed understanding of the one bedroom market in the lower north shore, with excellent off-market contacts across the industry. He knew what buyers in our range were looking for, and told us which cosmetic updates would be beneficial to our sale, and which would be a waste of time or money. Nicolas provided us lots of updates and ensured we always knew the status of the campaign. He made recommendations and provided all the information to enable us to emake our own choices around sale, auction and next steps.
