I bought my unit through Raine and Horne Lower North Shore dealing with Mary-Anne and Scarlett. It was a pleasure dealing with both, the communication, honesty, timelines were all exemplary. I would recommend them both if I were selling and would happily purchase from them both again.

Would highly recommend Simone for anyone selling in the local area. Simone provided advice at all stages (preparing for sale, marketing campaign, auction) - we followed the advice given and were very happy with how the property was presented, the marketing materials and the end result. Simone was very professional, proactive, provided frequent updates and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the market, buyers and process. Simone extracted the full potential from our property.

Mary Anne was professional, responsive and took the time to understand what was important to me in selling my apartment. We were able to make an efficient off market sale and get a good price.

Mary-Anne and her team, Scarlett and Margaret, were the consumate property professionals, managing the preparation of the house for sale, producing the marketing material, assisting with contract negotiations and offering sound, realistic advice as market conditions moved around in the run up to the sale by auction. Mary-Anne has a great depth of knowledge and experience and earned my complete trust through her objectivity, sensitivity to our requirements as the vendor and very effective communication throughout the entire sale process.

We had an exceptional sale experience with Rebecca Mitchell at Raine and Horne. Right from the start she made sure we fully understood what was ahead and we were very happy with the entire process. We were supported by Simone and Clare who also made sure everything went smoothly right up to and even after we had sold. We really appreciated the highly effective working relationship and communication we had with them at all times and felt we were in the safest hands We loved that Rebecca Mitchell has an all female team who really know their stuff and approach everything with professionalism, an excellent understanding of the market and enthusiasm at all times. We recommend Rebecca and her team very highly.

Rebecca was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful. Rebecca understood and empathised with my situation in selling a family home, and she and her team went above and beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent in helping me through an unfamiliar and sad situation for me. Not only that, but she gave me great advice and achieved a price over and above what I would have hoped for. I could not be happier with her professional and caring service, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have now engaged Alex twice (2016; 2023) and he has proven his ability to get results within all market dynamics. In my opinion, Alex is Lane Cove's top performing sales agent.
