I recently sold a unit in Lane Cove and cannot thank our agent Mary-Anne Fitzgerald from Raine & Horne more for her expertise, professionalism, hard work and friendliness. Mary-Anne is very knowledgeable. She offered great ideas and helped me prepare the unit so that it is presented in the best possible way. Every inspection/open house was always well attended! There was regular communication and feedback. Undoubtedly, Mary-Anne is well experienced and is an expert in her field. She knew how to motivate clients and find solutions to their issues. She followed up each potential buyer with patience, confidence and diligence. The whole undertaking was not as stressful as I have always imagined (and I'm one person who gets stressed quite easily!) . Instead, it was smooth, transparent and easy. The unit was sold very quickly and the final price achieved was way more than I expected! I would not have been able to do this without Mary-Anne's help.
