We were so fortunate to have Oscar and his team to help sell our beloved unit in Lane Cove. Oscar's attention to detail and advice was invaluable. We were informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Oscar, every concern was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone who's looking to buy or sell. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Oscar was easy. He was set a difficult task to sell an unrenovated property off market. He was keen, eager and worked independently to secure a sale. His communication was faultless and his approach to negotiation was fair and composed. He was honest, upfront and realistic. I would happily use Oscar again in the future.

Alex understands the market really well and did a great job positioning our unit by highlighting the outstanding aspects of it. Alex kept us in the loop after every open home and always implemented our feedback into his marketing strategy. I highly recommend working with Alex & his team.

As a Vendor Advocate, agent selection is a major part of my role and Oscar was a definite standout for my client's property in Lane Cove. Not only is he extremely professional & personable, but also has a thorough knowledge of the local market, an innate ability to form trusting relationships with buyers and is a great negotiator. He works extremely hard all hours of the day and night and is very committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. I hope to work together again soon!

Mary-Anne is very tuned into the Greenwich community and was well informed on the property market for the area. We had a good experience dealing with her.

Simone is a professional and trustworthy agent who went above and beyond to get us a fantastic record off-market price. She was a timely communicator and explained all the details throughout the process. Thank you Simone!

Bec recently sold our house in Lane Cove and we could not have asked for a better selling experience. Bec is amazingly responsive, knowledgeable, approachable, and completely on top of everything at all times. We felt we were in the very best of hands as she took away all the worry and stress associated with selling a house with her calm, positive, and problem solving approach to anything that came up. Bec's team (Clare and Simone) are equally professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and organised. The whole team gave us super helpful advice when we needed it and someone was always around / responding to our texts / calls during the campaign. If I had to decide on only one standout aspect of Bec's offering (and there are so many!), it would be the sense of confidence and trust we had in her to deliver us the very best price when selling our home. Trust and confidence is something that is hard to 'quantify' but was so very important to have in our selling agent - we had it from the get-go with Bec and it's something we really valued and appreciated. We'd recommend Bec to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks team!!

Rebecca Mitchell and her excellent team ran a seamless campaign. The professionalism, attention to detail, market knowledge and communication, made, what could have been a difficult time, a very positive experience. I was kept up to date with all developments along the way, and was never in any doubt that I was in great hands. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Rebecca as an outstanding, trusted, professional and caring agent.
