We selected Alex after observing a strong track record in the area. Our initial strategy was to sell off market as the state had come out of lock down and had confidence that Alex's network of contacts and leads from other properties would yield a sale. Unfortunately this strategy didn't work and Alex convinced us to put the property on the market. We followed his advice and received strong participation to the opens. While the visitors didn't give strong indications of price close to what we needed, we persisted and nervously went to auction. Alex had worked tirelessly to prepare strong buyers for the auction and we all were surprised at the turn out on auction day.
