As a recent buyer, Nathan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
While it was obviously his job to help sell the property, not once did we feel that we were being 'sold to' by Nathan. Recognising quickly that we were first time buyers, he coached us through key steps – helping us understand what was required of us, what we needed to be aware of, and importantly how to protect ourselves (even if that was in his own disinterest). Being the representative for the seller, he certainly didn't need to do this. But that extra care and attention is what makes Nathan stand out.
Of all the agents we encountered in our property search, he was by far the most genuine, honest and personable. You weren't a prospect, but a person. He clearly wanted to do what was best by both the seller and the buyer. These same characteristics were also held by the others within his team.
